Thank you very much Mr. Prutaseranee. I will take you up on your offer soon. We used to live in the Oaks private community in Lake Forest when I worked for Toshiba as a Systems Engineer years ago. We had to move back to San Pedro when my older brother passed away so we could take care of my aging father. Even after 10 years, I still miss South Orange County. Hi my name is Jim and my wife’s name is Nancy. We live in the Port of Los Angeles, San Pedro, CA. I have had my CA real estate license for 10 years. I am a member of the National, State and my local association of Realtors.

I am now living in my third house. Each time I sold my house, I would bring it up to current standards or better. I have also done kitchen and bathroom upgrades for my in-laws and rental properties that my family has owned in the past.

I am now very interested in buying, fixing and flipping. My focus will be wholesale deals in mid-level income areas in both Los Angeles county and Orange county. I have been to some seminars and could not believe the sky high prices to continue with these folks!

I pretty much think that I have most of the tools to figure out the ARV and other things from the software that I have either bought or subscribe to. The main thing that we are looking for is funding that does not cost an arm and a leg.
