Hello Bigger Pocket!

I'm an investor from Santa Rosa, CA. I have been flipping houses in Sonoma County the past two years.

I'm new to the forums although I have listen to just about every pod cast! Which are great and I cant get enough.

Flipping houses is great! I'm always looking for my next deals (calling all wholesalers and birddogs). 

I'm currently "house hacking" my duplex. Which has to me excited to move into a buy and hold strategy focusing on cash flowing 1-4 units.

I'm excited to be part of the community! Its great to be around like minded people.
