Owner of a 3-plex for the past 6 years and just recently decided that this is something I want to pursue more. Currently looking at more buy and hold properties but would like to try out some fix and flips as well. Also, currently renovating what will be a new owner occupied duplex. Also, considering getting real estate salesperson license.
