I've always wanted to get into flipping homes.  I'm super handy and have always had a good sense of what would work for a certain space. .. whether interior or exterior.  I figured that's half the battle,  but my credit sucks and there is no way in hell Id ever be able to afford just getting started with project #1.  However, as of lately, I've learned of leveraging money and that there are investors solely looking into real estate deals.  Suddenly my crappy life situation (terminated from Dallas Fire-Rescue 09/15 for not passing Paramedic school) had some light pointing towards one of my life's goals.   I say my life's,  but my wife of 9 years is very intrested as well and intends on getting her TX realtors license online soon, as she's a stay home wife/mom,  that home schools our boys (7 &10).

I'm still locking down or LLC and business accounts and then honestly hope to try and start getting into this business with others money. It is scary, but we really want some freedom from always being too busy for ourselves. I have told my wife Tracie countless times that I would be happier living in a box on some land somewhere if I just knew it was mine! I've been researching and attending seminars, building deal analyzer spreadsheets and such so as to be as prepared as I can be for now. Should I be able to continue in what I pray is to be a successful business while eventually owning our own dreamss, then all the better right! I say as long as I eventually own my lil piece of Texas, and know I'll be buried here before I go anyplace, I'll be happy.

Thanks for your time.  Looking forward to that next nugget of wisdom!  'Preciate y'all

-Lance
