• My name is Geovany I am a general contractor for about 7 years now, want the financial freedom real estate offers so im taking the first steps in that dirrection. I do lots of work for investors and decided its time to transition and become one I can do this too. I am here trying to connect with those willing to expand their real estate expertise with me. Wholesaling , Rehabbing and Flipping is all I eat , sleep and think about! Unfortunetly I don't know diligence part of it. I have buyers I have sellers but due to lack of knowledge cant seal the deal. Any advice? With so much stuff out there and offers , who knows whats REAL?
