In Search of a CPA in DC Maryland area

HI BP,

My name is Steve Oliff, This is my first post to this site but have benefited from reading the past forums.  I have worked in construction for the last eight years and started selling real estate on the side about a year and a half ago.

I close on my first investment on Tuesday and I am looking for some advice from a CPA that can guide me so I can maximize my profit and keep rolling. I live in Crofton, Maryland (close to Annapolis).
