Hello, my name is Morgan Carmichael and I looking to start investing in the Lawrence and Topeka area. I have expierence in being a property manager and flipping houses. I am interested in flipping or buy and hold but am open to any possible opportunity. I would really appreciate any advice or chance to meet and talk in this area.
