I'm an attorney representing several rehabbers, wholesalers, developers and assorted investors. In addition, I do wholesale deals on the side. I have been involved in real estate for some time as I was counsel for the Master Builders Association until recently. I speak at several real estate meetups and other groups, so if you are in the Puget Sound area, there is a good chance we have met.
