Hello BP! I've been listening to the podcast for awhile and have finally decided to join the forum. 

My wife and I are working extra jobs to pay down consumer debt and we hope that once we are clear of those we can begin investing. We both love all the cheesy flipping shows on HGTV and I hope to learn as much as i can about the reality of flipping so when we have the spare income to take the leap we won't be blind.
