Hello! My name is Andrew I am a new Real Estate Agent from Orange County, CA. I am currently a Leasing Consultant for a 500+ luxury apartment complex in South Orange County. I recently acquired my Real Estate Salesperson License in October 2015. I've joined Bigger Pockets to learn more about the industry and get some insight to where my career can lead me.

Most of my experience has been in Community Services and Sales. I come from working with government municipalities and retail. I've always been highly interested in Commercial and Retail Real Estate. I'd love to hear any advice that you have for me!

Some of you might be wondering, "Why did you get your salesperson license if you're not planning on selling homes".. Basically I was working and I thought that working towards my License could give me the fundamentals in Real Estate. I obtained it quicker than I expected. Personally, I do like (and need) having the stability of a bi-weekly paycheck and regular working days/hours with my current 9-5 grind as of now.

Aside from seeking career advice, I'm also here to learn about investing. Thats another reason why I decided to obtain my license. I have a better understanding of what it actually takes you buy and sell a home. So I'll be checking out the investing threads quite frequently as well.

Thanks for having me BP!

-Andrew
