First timer from Champaign Illinois

Hello BP community,

My name is Andrew from Champaign Illinois and I am brand new to BP and investing and wanted to say hi. I have a full time job as an Mechanical Engineer but wanted to look into real estate investing  and learn more about it. I am in the learning phase and trying to become more familiar with real estate and so I have been reading a few books and have gone back and started listening to all of the pod casts. I am up to episode 25 and am absolutely hooked! I hope to make some new friends and learn a lot on these blogs.
