Hello my name is Lela. I am interested in wholesale properties and buy and hold properties.

I attended a seminar and was told in order for me to invest in properties, I had to invest $41,000.00 in order to succeed in the business and of course the magical cd that would help me find properties, buyers and sellers. I knew in my heart this was not correct information.  I found BP and was hoping to get information on where to start.

I bought The Book on Flipping Houses and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs. I would like to know from the BP community if there's additional resources to help me in investing? I was forwarded an email from Kent Clothier and was wondering if anyone has had success through this program.
