Hello, my name is Patrick Dodd and my company is southernskysinvestments.com. My wife and I are new to the Real Estate Wholesale business industry. However we belong to Clever Investor and have been studying a wealth of information for the last four months. We do this full time 8 to 10 hours a day and now we have a few houses working with us. I currently have a beautiful ocean front condo under contract that is fully furnished with 20 to 30% equity in it. I am looking for funding of $169,000 and we plan on selling it within 30 to 45 days.
