New in NH!

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is Sarah Koski, I'm 23 yrs old, a NH resident and brand new to real-estate investing.  I graduated last spring with my BA in Business and Entrepreneurship and no debt.  Since then I've been working in politics, both on campaigns and in policy.  Currently I'm the political director for a non-profit.

I've been interested in real estate investing for a while and am finally in a position to start actively learning and taking it seriously.  My hope is to make my first purchase this year and work towards the goal of this becoming a full time income. I look forward connecting with other investors in NH and am particularly interested in any insight or information about securing financing for your first purchase.

Thank you
