Hello BP Community!!

I am 28 years old and I have always had a passion for real estate investing. I really want to dive in and get my feet wet, but I am a little nervous. I have read many books to continue to enhance my knowledge, but struggle with the idea of actually speaking to agents and other investors. I would love to connect with you all and get advice on how to approach sellers, investors and agents. Thanks
