Looking for wholesale buyers/Specialty Restoration Partnerships

I am excited about the possibilities of this site and what it could mean for business. I have been involved in real estate for 6 years. Flipping and wholesale have been my goto strategies. I have always specialized in water and mold damaged properties. 

Most of my investing has been on the east coast but I'm looking to get back into wholesaling, and flipping again this time in the Kansas City Metro. Eventually I will start holding properties.

I'm looking to build my network of people who would be able to buy wholesale deals or those who want to partner on flips with specialty work needed. Finally I'm looking to find some more good drywall and handyman type connections.
