Hello my name is Billy Ray Coleman and I have invested in a couple of multi- family units. Because of a recent divorce, I am currently selling the properties. With the proceeds from the sell, I would like to purchase single family properties in low income neighborhoods that are in poor condition. In return I would like to renovate these properties and sell as affordable housing. My credit is bad because of my recent situation. But I plan on addressing that issue in the upcoming months. I need advice about purchasing these properties with my current situation.
