Hi there! My name is Nick Brown.  I have yet to invest in real estate but just recently started prospecting for opportunities.  I plan to have my first property within three months.  I'm a test away from getting my RE license.  About 6 months ago I didn't know where to begin.  I decided to just start doing something/anything involving Real Estate.  I look forward to meeting any and everyone.  Please don't hesitate to ask questions or offer feedback.  Thank you all!
