New to Real estate investing!

While I've read countless books on Real estate investing and gone to a lot of seminars I am now ready to just go out there and do it, but there is that little hesitant to do so. I am in Nashville and would love to meet people that know how to and are willing to give me a couple of tips. I do have one thing going for me, I have renovated a lot of houses, and know a thing or two in that arena, but they were just that.

@Ramiro Gonzalez

What's up Ramiro, it's always cool to meet other local guys. What is your game plan? Are you going to buy/hold, fix and flip, wholesale?
