Hey everybody, I'm Rob   I started FairShake Peoperties for a few reasons  First, I believe I can provide decent housing that I would live in myself for a fair price and still make money.  Like many areas, my city has had its share of slumlords squeezing every nickel that they can out of poor people.  My company, along with the local landlord association wants to provide safe, decent housing.  I donate time and money to causes that grab me emotionally.  As the company grows, I hope to have more money and time to donate to good causes.  I obsessively learn about things that take my interest.  I have a few houses that have no mortgage.  I financed them with credit cards, taking advantage of 0% down introductory rates.  Although the rent more than pays the minimum payments, I'd love to refinance for lower interest rates, or gain access to more capital to fund more deals.   Feel free to say hi.   You can never have too many friends, business connections, or mentors.
