Newbie from Bakersfield California

Hey everyone, my name is Steven Gaede! I’m currently living in Bakersfield CA and have zero real estate experience. Admittedly, my interest in real estate probably stems from all the HGTV shows. The idea of being my own boss and not sitting at a desk all day really has my interest. The aspects of real estate I’m most interested in are probably flipping and rental properties. Since I don’t have a ton of money to spend to get started, flipping is probably more realistic at this point. I hope to learn a lot from this website and gain the courage to get into the business!
