Active investor, new to BP community, from Tampa, Florida

Hello everybody!

I recently joined Bigger Pockets community to help grow my current business and create some valuable networking with many real estate professionals. Couldn't have done a better move!

I used to be an assistant golf professional in another life and am now building a real estate portfolio for myself, as well as working with cash buyers looking for multifamily properties. I ultimately want to invest in some commercial properties around golf courses... as I am already familiar with the environment. I believe there is a great potential in combining resorts around golf courses! Great place to spend your retirement, or even to rent for a few weeks to spend some great vacation. So yeah, that's where I am aiming at :)

I am currently working in areas around Tampa, FL, (Land O'Lakes, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, St Petersburg) but am also looking all over Florida on multifamily properties.

I am working on this business part time, but am looking forward to do this full time soon.

Great to hear you ambitious plans. As far as learning about commercial  and multifamily properties I would listen to the Invest Florida Podcast with @Eric Odum and @Kevin BookerThey are great!
