Hello everyone!

I have introduced myself once before but it has been awhile. I am in the Middle Tennessee aea and am just now ready to start my REI career. I do have 2 questions that I think the experienced investers here can help me with.

1 - I am about to make bids in a couple of properties fro Auction.com. these ara online auctions only. What should I be on the look out for when making my bids as well as if i happen with win a property?

2 - I was all set to have my attorny form an LLC but when I discussed my plans with my accountant she said not to bother with an LLC. that in TN the government fees on RE inside an LLC are crazy high. She said all I need is a good Liability Insurance policy in TN. Anyone else have an opinion on this? I want to do thei right and to give me the most protection but I dont want to give the government anymore than I have to.

I appreciate your input anf have a blessed weekend!
