I have been dreaming of real estate for many years and always thought it was just a pipe dream. Then I finally realized I just need to do it and here I am!  My husband and I are trying to learn as much as we can about single family flips and are hoping to find our first deal within the next few months.

@Jennifer Martin, welcome to BP. There are a lot of RE investors in our area and many participate in the forums here. We are fortunate that there are also many REIAs in our area. A web search should reveal most of them.
