Real estate has already got me to my goals. I haven't had to work for several years. I have about 130 units mostly paid off. I've had as many as 230. I have trailer parks, apartment buildings, and single family homes. I do a lot of lease option sales. I have rehabbed over 100 units myself that include mobile homes, houses and trailer parks. I am not particularly looking to expand but if a real good deal were to come along, I would likely act. I'm really interested in building an online presence and thinking of ways to give back and building more of an online business.

In terms of an "online business" are you referring to a website that allows you to manage your properties and potentially others without using third-parties like Cozy or Appfolio just to name a few?
