Newbie from Tacoma, Washington

Hello everyone, my name is JP Lamirande and I am from Tacoma Washington. I am not currently an investor but I am working hard at educating myself threw reading this forum, listening to the BP podcast and reading books suggested by its guests. My current occupation is architectural sheet metal but I have worked a number of different trades. I am hoping to use my knowledge of construction and contacts to do some flips to raise capital but would like to work towards buy and holds.
