New BP Member - Recently Relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio

Hello BP Community! My name is Chris Washington, and I am excited to dive headfirst into the challenging, and exciting, world of real estate investing. I am tired of working my 9-5 job, and am committed to securing financial freedom for my wife and myself. I am 100% convinced that real estate can and will be the vehicle to get me to my goals. 

I recently relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio so have much to learn about the area. I look forward to connecting and networking with local investors, brokers, lenders, and property managers in the area through BP!

I'm excited to learn about all facets of real estate, but plan to focus/specialize in commercial, multi-family real estate. I am especially interested in networking with people who are actively involved in multi-family investing in the Cincinnati area.
