Hello,

My name is Lance Wilkins, my wife and I are looking to get into real estate for supplemental and future income. Initial plans involve looking to find a small single family fixer upper fix and rent/sell. Open to ideas and any advise to get started. I also plan to expand my knowledge and understanding in the wholesale market.
