I'm new to REI and and BP. I'm looking to invest in a multi family home in Oakley, Mt. Lookout, or Columbia Tusculum. Ideally I'll live in my first multi family and then leverage into another REI. I'm interested in long term holds. I have an accounting degree and plenty of experience with numbers, just looking for a good deal.
