Hey ya'll!  I currently own a single-family home that I live in and rent out two of the rooms.  My next goal is to buy another single-family home in the Nashville area that I can rent or use for Airbnb.  Any help in figuring out how to make this next purchase would be greatly appreciated!  Our market is so hot right now it seems hard to find any properties.
