Hello I'm a new member from Louisiana

I'm currently brand new at all of this . I'm gonna try and be active a lot so I can learn more about real estate , mostly wholesaling . I'm very young , only 16. But I want to have as much knowledge as I can so when I do turn 18 I can be great at this and not have to have a regular 9 to 5. My main goal is to focus on wholesaling until I can move up into rehab and fixing . Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks - Jamin
