I joined biggerpockets as referred by a book and web research.  I have been in Residential Appraising for over 15 years and a licensed agent for 8 years.  My goal is to begin my own investment porfolio by flipping and buy and hold.  I have experience working with Residential investors and I am now looking for financing options to aggressively pursue Residential Investment.  I welcome any advice, comments or feedback
