Newbie in New Haven CT/Shoreline CT area
HI Bigger Pockets!! My name is Deanna Nickel and Im a newbie interested in learning more about fixing and flipping properties in the CT shoreline area.
My experience in real estate is limited. I currently have a 3 family in New Haven I've been living in for 14 years. I live in one unit and rent out the other two. I will soon be moving to Guilford to a short sale that is in need of rehabbing. I'll be renting out all 3 units in New Haven, making Guilford my primary residence. In addition, I have a small cottage in Vermont.
With that said, I'm very interested in learning everything I can about fixing and flipping homes. By day, Im a professional makeup artist, and enjoy making things pretty....including homes that need a little extra love.
Thanks for connecting with me! I look forward to learning here....

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
