Soon to be divorced and looking for a home to fix up and flip

A friend told me about this forum.  Said it is an excellent resource for prospective and active real estate investors.  Unfortunately, I'm on the verge of a divorce -- so I'm going to be looking for a new place to live here soon.  Am interested in the possibility of getting a home that has been foreclosed on or is available via a sheriff's sale.  Could anyone point me in the right direction?  I live in the northeast quadrant of the greater Columbus, OH  area.
