I have been wanting to flip houses for about 20 years now and can't seem to get started. I've researched everything I could get my hands on, since the Carlton Sheets tapes. First, it really was a sellers market and hard to find peoperty, unless you trolled for people in bad situations and or assumable mortgagees. 2008 flipped the script and I was more motivated than ever. Houses here in St. Louis, MO were practically being given away. I was racking my brain and trying to get others on board for funding. I never seem to have enough money, credit or collateral when an opportunity presents itself. I surf the MLS and dream. I am hoping to find some advise on here for getting the money to start. I have an opportunity, I just need to figure out how to fund it. See my subject in Inheritance. Thanks for looking.
