Hello all, My name is Jordan Griggs and I am currently stationed in Norfolk Va serving in the USN. I've been here for roughly 10 years and can honestly say I have a good idea of how the market moves around here. I've been an "accidental landlord" for around four years now, and ready to take the big plunge in to real estate investing. I've literally listened to every bigger pockets podcast, so I feel like I have a small grasp as to what happens here.
