Hey everyone, 
Just a college student trying get far in the real estate world. Currently reading "the book on investing in real estate with no and low money down". Extremely love it and feel really motivated by all the inspiration. Im trying to get started by getting a duplex, living on one side while renting out the other. remeber im a broke college student. After all the reading and constant research, i still dont fully understand how to get started. Bob is everywhere but where to find one. ahah any advise or recommend books/site for beginner is welcome. THANKS!
