I'm looking to work under an investor in the metro Atlanta area to learn the Atlanta market and the various investment strategies for this area. I'll work for commission, little or no money as long as there is an agreement that benefits both parties. I'm also interested in learning how to wholesale,  buy and hold and flip properties.  I'm willing to hustle and put as much work in as needed to ensure am an asset to the operation. I completed my masters degree a few years back and been in construction for a few years so I'm not scared of hard work. I have somewhat of an flexible schedule which leaves me with an abundance of free time to work on other projects.
