Hello Everyone,

My name is Kirk. I've brought a few houses in the past but now I'm looking to transition into real estate full time. I'd like to learn more about flipping & private money. I'm new to BiggerPockets but the site has come recommended by fellow co-workers who invest. Since then, I've visited the site regularly. I've really enjoyed the podcast & learned a lot. If anyone has any flipping advice, please share
