Hi All,

I am brand new to the BiggerPockets forum, have been listening to the podcasts for a while, and am looking forward to getting and sharing some great investment ideas. I am a small time investor right now, and am interested in expanding my portfolio AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! I currently have one studio condo in Acton, and manage 4 others as well.

If anyone has any idea how I can get some funding for my next property using my small ($50k) studio it would be much appreciated!

Also, if anyone needs a good property manager with about 5 years of experience, let me know!

-Tom
