Hello I'm new to the site and to real estate investing . My wife and I have been intrigued by the ideal of buy and hold real estate investing and we have been reading and watching some of the content on biggerpockets.com . We both have full time jobs and look in the long term for this to be something to either do full time or give us more financial freedom ! We reside in the Florence / Union area about 15 minutes south of Cincinnati and look to focus investing in this area . Looking forward to meeting some of you that are local and the rest of the bigger pockets community .
