Hello BiggerPockets Forums!

Well my name is Zach Corum and I am new to the Real Estate game aside from owning my own house.

I have been doing a lot of homework I have read the Bigger Pockets book on Rental Property Investing, as well as the E-Myth which I really liked.  I am currently working on Hold and am also enjoying it as well.  I might move on to the Rich Dad Poor Dad series next.  I also have really been enjoying the pod casts and webinars.  

So far I have been applying some of the skills I have learned and have been analyzing deals in the Luzerne and Lackawanna County areas of NEPA.  I am focused on the Buy and Hold strategy and hope to start looking for capital very soon.

I look forward to networking with more investors in the area and am always looking to expand my knowledge so hit me up some time I would love to talk real estate!
