Hi everyone. I'm here to introduce myself. My name is Sheldon, and I live in Sacramento, California.

I'm a newbie when it comes to real estate, but I'm very serious about getting started. In fact, I'll be working on a business plan come next week. I have a idea on the kind of real estate deals I want to do, which include the following:

  • Fix and flips
  • Short Sales
  • Rental Properties
  • Multi-Family Properties
  • Commercial Real Estate

I plan to start out small in my local area (Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Rocklin, etc.) so that I can get my feet wet. Two of my goals in real estate are helping people find the home of their dreams, and paying off my student loans and credit cards. And again I'm preparing to get started, and so am looking for new connections.

Thanks again and I look forward to networking with all of you!

Sheldon

Co sign on what Zack said... Sac is a great market with a lot of opportunity (even now) and you don't need to know everything to move forward.  The key is find a good deal, confirm it is a good deal and pull the trigger.
