Hello my name is Manning Watkins and I'm new to the site and real estate investing. I discovered this site by listening to the podcast in 01/2016. I guess my main interest are 70% buying and holding and 30% flipping. I would love to network with some people in the Charlotte NC / SC area. Looking to really learn this industry I am open to any advice I can get.
