Hello everyone!

I am a software engineer working out of Santa Monica. I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a few months now and I absolutely love the amount of great information that shared on there. 

Even better, after joining this community and lurking for a few days, I have realized what a great stream of information that this community offers. Thank you all in advance for the sharing of knowledge and experience. I really appreciate it and I hope to return the favor.

My wife and I are looking into buying our first investment property very soon. Our focus will be on SFH or Multi-Family if they fit within our budget. We're looking to buy/hold and slowly (but surely) improve our portfolio and cash flow.
