We are new to real estate investing but have spent a great deal of time learning about wholesaling, rehabbing, etc.  We are actively searching for deals but our biggest need at this time is investors.  We live near St. Joseph, MO - population approx 85,000.  It is a small enough city that many hard money lenders aren't willing to lend here.  If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, information, or is interested in investing, please contact us!
