Hello,

My name is Soo and I'm interested in starting flipping and/or buy and hold in ny/nj area. I have a quite stable full time job in nyc. I purchased one condo in 2014 for our primary residence in manhattan and one multifamily house in nj which i'm currently renting. Hope you meet local investors for more guidance for the future.
