Hello from Atlanta

My husband and I live in the Atlanta area. We have been investing for over 5 years. We started with 3 rentals (not knowing what to do) and have since learned various ways of investing in properties. We have done everything from minor rehabs, flips, lease purchases, and wholesaling. Our goal this year is to meet other investors to network, and to be able to wholesale as many deals as possible. We also have lease purchases and want to be able to 'cash out' on some of these as well, giving these tenants the title of 'home ownership'.
