Newbie from SE PA – Montgomery County

Hello BP Community,

I’m Jared from Montgomery County, PA which is about 40 miles NW of Philly. I have always been interested in real estate and I finally purchased my first buy/hold property about 4 years ago. While it was a big undertaking it was well worth the risk and I’m ready to build off the experience. I have a full time career in digital marketing and ideally my goal is to build a solid portfolio of properties which will benefit me long term into retirement.

I am interested in learning as much as I can about buy/hold investing both SFH and multi-family properties. I think I found the right place!

Welcome @Jared S. to the BP community. You have definitely found the right place to learn more. Paul Timmins have given you the run down of where to start. I'll only add to use the forums. Some questions that I have I have found answers to by searching the forums. Of course you can ask your own questions if you haven't found or want more clarification.
