Hey Everyone, My name is Brian and I'm a new member from metro Detroit (north east metro). Have been listening to the pod casts non stop for 2 days now and didn't realize how large of a community BP has. Glad I stumbled upon it! Anyways, I'm looking to buy my first house to rent out in the next few months so any tips or reading recommendations are welcome. Looking forward to interacting with everyone!
